Prof. Stenzinger is Deputy Medical Director, Senior Consultant Pathologist, and Head of the IPH Center for Molecular Pathology; at the Institute of Pathology, University Hospital Heidelberg, Heidelberg, Germany.
His areas of expertise in lung cancer include molecular pathology, translational research, and the genetics of solid tumours. He also holds authorship on over 90 publications in lung cancer, encompassing: biomarker testing, immunotherapy, and genomic profiling (including RNA sequencing).
Prof. Stenzinger is a member of the German Centre for Lung Research (DZL) and German Cancer Consortium (DKTK); and is a fellow of the National Center of Tumor Diseases – Heidelberg School of Oncology (NCT-HSO), and Senior Research Fellow in Pathology at Massachusetts General Hospital, Harvard Medical School.
