Professor Joshua Sabari is a Thoracic Medical Oncologist at the NYU Langone Health Perlmutter Cancer Centre, and Assistant Professor in the Department of Medicine at the NYU Grossman School of Medicine, USA.
Prof. Sabari specialises in treating patients with lung cancer, including NSCLC and SCLC. His research interests include identifying genetic drivers, targeted therapies, and immunotherapies for the treatment of lung malignancies, particularly NSCLC. Prof. Sabari has contributed to peer-reviewed research ranging from phase I-III clinical studies and is dedicated to the development of biomarker-focused clinical trials in order to maximise patient access to personalised treatment modalities and novel therapies.
Prof. Sabari serves as a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) and the Society for Immunotherapy of Cancer (SITC). He has also actively spoken at several conferences such as the International Association for the Study of Lung Cancer (IASLC) 2021 World Conference on Lung Cancer.
