Laura-Maria Krabbe is a Professor of Urology at the University of Muenster Medical Center, Muenster, Germany, with a focus on uro-oncology. After finishing medical school, she started her residency in the Department of Urology at the University of Muenster Medical Center in 2010. In 2013, a research fellowship brought her to the Department of Urology at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas, USA, where she focused on prognostic parameters of urological malignancies. After returning to Muenster, Professor Krabbe finished her residency in 2015, followed by a clinical fellowship in uro-oncology at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas from 2016 to 2018. Since March 2018, she holds a faculty position at the University of Muenster Medical Center, where her clinical focus is on surgical (open and robotic) and systemic treatment of urological malignancies.
Professor Krabbe has co-authored more than 90 peer-reviewed papers, reviews and multiple book chapters. Her main research interests include urothelial, renal and prostate cancers.
